Taking the Call - Spotlight on Shane Roy

When a customer needed help with a high priority item delivery, she knew who to call. Shane Roy, a delivery professional in Manchester, NH, took that call and it made all the difference.

While on a Sunday, and on PTO, Shane Roy, received a text message from a customer with a priority need for a nutritional product to be delivered first thing Monday morning. Shane told the customer not to worry and then contacted the distribution center to get the order placed and scheduled for delivery.

Jane, at Presidential Oaks in Concord, NH was delighted with the service she received. “He contacted me later that day to know it was taken care of… it felt great to be able to get the help I needed when I needed it. (Shane) is always such a helpful, respectful driver to speak and deal with. As you are well aware, sometimes emergencies arise and it is great to know Shane was there to help.”
